Anyone wants Mooncake?

Lantern Festival comes early in Ros Schoolhouse. For today lesson, we get to try our hands on snowskin mooncake.

1st step: Roll the snowskin into a round shape, then flattened it.

2nd step: Stuff the fillings onto snowskin and make sure the snowskin completely cover the fillings.

Step 3: Put the whole rounded mooncake into a mould

Step 4: Make sure the mooncake fill up the whole mould area.

Step 5: Hit the mould onto a cardboard , left right centre to get the mooncake out of the mould.

Step 6: Enjoy the mooncake....hehee.
